The Navy checks the capabilities of our UAS Fulmar Delta aboard the BAM Furor

From the CPS Group, the capabilities of our Fulmar Delta UAS have been presented to the Spanish Navy during the recent demonstration flight aboard the maritime action vessel (BAM) "Furor".

The ship set sail on November 24 from the Curra dock in Cartagena with the RPAS system. The demonstration was attended staff of Navy Staff; The 11th Squadron of the Navy Aircraft Flotilla; and of the General Directorate of Armament and Material,.

The Fulmar Delta demonstrated its target detection and tracking capabilities both offshore and offshore during the flight. The tests served to exchange views on the operational uses that can be given to this surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) technology in the maritime field.

The UAS was launched by means of a pneumatic catapult, and recovered, after several hours of flight, by means of a network system deployed at the stern of the ship. The Fulmar Delta It is capable of interoperating with the Command and Control systems of our Armed Forces, through the IRIS System of the Rapaz Program of the DGAM.

The Fulmar Delta is a national UAS / UAV Class 1 SMALL system, according to NATO classification, developed and marketed by the CPS Group, and in particular by our companies WAKE e INSTER, for the military version. It is a 100% Spanish and dual aerospace technology, which the CPS Group makes available to our customers through INSTER for the military field (Fulmar DELTA) as well as for the civil sphere (Fulmar VIEW) from the hand of SISTEM, another of the companies of the CPS Group.
