EVA is an association formed by professionals from the aerospace sector with the aim of promoting equality and giving a voice to women. Our mission is to act in favor of the consolidation of the visibility of women in the aerospace sector in Spain, covering the political, university, business and administration, based on the vision of equality of the United Nations Magna Carta.
The goals of Ellas Vuelan Alto are:
- Increase the participation of women in public and professional life
- Develop projects that provide visibility to women and recognition of their competences
- Work in favor of equality between women and men, in an inclusive manner and for the benefit of common social and economic development
- Eliminate any type of discrimination against women
- Encourage the creation of networks of women in companies in the aerospace sector
- To promote professions in the aerospace sector among the new generations of girls and young people
